Working with dKO Architects, Prebuilt Commercial created an innovative purpose-built residential display for VicUrban in Dandenong, Victoria. This simple modular display centre in a new housing development was designed so that it could be reused in three separate locations.

Resting lightly on a steel base, the prefabricated office buildings floated above the ground, minimising impact on the landscape. Fully factory-built and professionally supervised, the nine 3.6 metre wide modules slot together on delivery to form the whole building, including the decking, in just five-and-a-half hours.
