A new 4 level 1500m2 family residence in Templestowe, an outer suburb of Melbourne. The project consisted of 4 levels of iving/bed/entertainment and family areas, a 6 car garage, tennis court and swimming pool. The construction being reinforced concrete flat plate slabs, and off form expressed concrete with a high quality class 1 finish. A cast in situ spiral concrete stair is a feature of the entrance. A louvre system of copper clad horizontal blades provided sun shading control.
